My son has severe environmental allergies.  We had been giving him a common OTC daily since he was 7 months old and were advised to give him allergy shots.  He would cough all night from nasal drip and have a running nose frequently from the allergies.  We began diffusing a respiratory essential oil blend in his room over a year ago and have found great improvement to his struggles with those issues.  As symptoms have improved, we have been able to take him off of daily allergy medication.  During the Fall and Spring seasons, we also apply the Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint blend to his neck or feet.  This has helped tremendously with the “seasonal” sniffles, and we are so thankful to not give our child allergy medication daily.
