The Real Life Rocks

After being on a prescription for anxiety for two years, I wanted to wean off. I felt like my anxiety issues had lessened, and I didn’t want to depend on this medication anymore. I used Serenity and Balance frequently to get me through this transition. I would apply it to my spine at the base of my neck, my wrists and then inhale. It would calm me greatly, and I could feel my rushing emotions subside. As I have leveled off from being on this medication, I use all of the different mood blends frequently. Elevation and also Citrus Bliss layered with Balance over the heart help me calm and regroup. Recently I began using Ylang ylang, and I really enjoy its calming affect also.
