My son has severe environmental allergies.  We had been giving him Zyrtec daily since he was 7 months old and were advised to give him allergy shots.  He would cough all night from nasal drip and have a running nose frequently from the allergies.  We began diffusing Breathe essential oil blend in his room over a year ago, and since then have been able to take him off of daily allergy medication.  During the high allergy season, we also apply the Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint allergy blend to his neck or feet.  This has helped tremendously, and we are so thankful to not give our child allergy medication daily.
